Agilyx ASA (AGLX) - Extraordinary general meeting - participation and voting rights

OSLO, Norway - September 30, 2022 - Reference is made to the call for an
extraordinary general meeting to be held on 21 October 2022, as posted on
Newsweb earlier today. As this is the first general meeting of the Company since
becoming a public limited liability company, the Company would like to remind
shareholders of Section 9 of the Articles of Association which provides certain
requirements for shareholders being able to attend the general meeting and vote
their shares:

Record date:
The right to participate in and vote at general meetings can only be used if the
acquisition of shares is registered with the shareholder register on the fifth
business day prior to the general meeting (the record date). For the
extraordinary general meeting to be held on 21 October 2022, this means that the
record date is 14 October 2022 (and not the date of the general meeting as set
out in the posted calling notice).

Share registered through a custodian:
An owner with shares registered through a custodian approved pursuant to Section
4-10 of the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act has voting rights
equivalent to the number of shares which are covered by the custodian
arrangement provided that the owner of the shares shall no later than the record
date provides the Company with his name and address together with a confirmation
from the custodian to the effect that he is the beneficial owner of the shares
held in custody, and provided further the Board shall not disapprove such
beneficial ownership after receipt of such notification.

Notification of participation:
Shareholders who wish to participate at general meetings, either in person or by
proxy, shall notify the Company within a deadline determined by the Board, which
can not expire earlier than 5 calendar days prior to the meeting. The Board has
decided that registration of participation and the submitting of proxies must be
received within 20 October 2022 at 10:00 (CET).

A revised calling notice reflecting the above is attached.
