Subsequent to the signing of BIMobject’s acquisition of the remaining shares of Carbonzero AB in November 30th 2023, the transaction was today finalized. As part of this transaction, the founders of Carbonzero will receive a cash consideration paid out over the next four years, an earnout based on BIMobject’s 2027 group performance as well as receive 2,354,618 newly emitted shares in BIMobject AB.
