<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Nimbus Group AB (publ) has signed a dealer distribution agreement with Nautical Ventures for the exclusive sale of Nimbus boats on Florida’s West Coast.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Nautical Ventures, recently acquired by Vision Marine, operates nine full-service retail locations across the state of Florida. Their 3 retail locations on the West Coast will service and sell Nimbus boats in Tampa, Sarasota, and Pensacola.</p><p>“Florida is the largest boating market in the United States and a key growth area for Nimbus Group’s premium products.
