Therefore, the total number of shares and votes in Sotkamo Silver amounts to 134,983,299 and the share capital to SEK 185 176 166.01. Each share has a quota value of approximately SEK 1.37.
The change in share amounts and share capital was registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) and Euroclear Sweden AB on May 27, 2019
