SRV Group Plc's Annual General Meeting held earlier today elected Tomi Yli-Kyyny as Chair of the Board.

In its organising meeting, SRV Group Plc's Board of Directors has elected a Vice Chair and the members of its Board Committees for a term ending at the closing of the Annual General Meeting in 2024.

Timo Kokkila was elected as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors.

Construction Engineer Hannu Lokka, 59, has been appointed SRV Group Plc's Executive Vice President, Strategic Project Development and a member of the Management Team as of 16 January 2023. In September, SRV announced that the company's current Executive Vice President, Strategic Project Development, Deputy to CEO Timo Nieminen, will retire by the end of January 2023.
