The number of shares and votes in BHG Group AB (publ) (“BHG”) has changed due to directed new share issue that was completed in December 2022.
In the directed issue, 39,024,390 new shares were issued. 35,052,293 shares were issued based on the authorisation from the annual general meeting held on 5 May 2022, and the remaining 3,972,097 shares were issued based on the subsequent approval of an extraordinary general meeting held on 30 December 2022. The 3,972,097 shares that were issued pursuant to the resolution by the extraordinary general meeting on 30 December 2022 have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm, whereby the number of shares and votes in BHG has increased by 3,972,097.
Today, on the last trading day of the month, there are in total 179,233,563 shares and votes in BHG.
BHG Group is a reseller of construction and home furnishing products. The product range consists of own and external brands and includes interior design products, solutions for kitchens and bathrooms, as well as tools and machines for gardens and outdoor environments. The largest share of sales takes place online, where the company's customers are mainly found in the Nordic region. BHG Group previously went by the name Bygghemma and is headquartered in Malmö.
