To avoid holding two general meetings within a short time period, the Board of Directors have decided to postpone the Company's annual general meeting originally scheduled for 16 April 2024 until 29 April 2024 at 10:00 (CEST) and amend the agenda for the general meeting to also include the approval of amended articles of association. In addition, the Nomination Committee has updated its proposal on the composition of the Board of Directors and remuneration to directors. Please find attached the following documents: · Updated Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting, incl. proxy forms · Updated Board of Directors' Proposed Resolutions · Updated Proposal from the Nomination Committee · Revised articles of association All documents to be processed in the meeting are also available on www.akercarboncapture.com.
