Arctic Blue Beverages on pohjoismainen juomayhtiö, joka valmistaa ja myy craft-ginejä sekä muita artesaanijuomia. Yrityksen tuotteita ovat muun muassa Arctic Blue Gin, Arctic Blue Gin Rose ja Arctic Blue Oat -likööri. Yritys panostaa kansainväliseen vientiin ja sen tuotteita myydään muun muassa Suomessa, Ruotsissa, Kanadassa, Japanissa ja Australiassa. Hyvin huomioidaan, että Finnish Long Drink Company on tehnyt pohjatyötä esittelemällä lonkeroa jenkeille, joten päästään vähän varkain hyödyntämään kilpailijan edellä tehtyä työtä.

Mielenkiintoinen yhtiö, tosin vielä aika alkuvaiheessa, eikä yhtiöllä ole mielestäni kovinkaan paljon resursseja markkinointipanosten kasvattamiseen. Kasvu on kuitenkin ollut aika hyvää liikevaihtotasolla, vaikkakin absoluuttiset luvut ovat vielä pieniä. Liikevaihto Jan - Jun 2022 oli 5 861 000 SEK (n. 560k€) vs 2 935 000 SEK (01-06/2021), käyttökate on kuitenkin Jan - Jun 2022 välillä -20 659 000 SEK vs -7 193 000 SEK (01-06/2021). Listautumisanti oli 5 / 2022, jonka tulos oli 28 000 000 SEK ennen listautumiskustannuksia ja osakaslainojen takaisinmaksua. Muut kulut kasvoivat aika voimakkaasti -11 657 000 SEK:iin, mutta nämä lisääntyneet kulut ovat “one-off” -kuluja "konsernin uudelleenjärjestelyn (Swedish TopCo) ja listautumisantiin liittyen. Vaikuttaisi siis siltä, että kovinkaan merkittävää summaa yhtiö ei ole annista saanut kassaan (kesäkuun lopussa groupilla on ollut 6 244 000 SEK kassassa, eli alta 600k€). Toki myyntisaamiset kasvaneet ja saamiset yhteensä ovat olleet 10 483 000 SEK. Yhtiö näyttää työllistävän vain 8 henkeä. Pitää kuitenkin laittaa seurantaan, jos tästä kasvu lähtee samalla kulmakertoimella jatkumaan ja viitteitä kannattavuuden parantumisesta saadaan.

The sales to Asia-Pacific i.e. Japan still in some extent suffered from pandemic, but we are seeing some positive signals that we believe will turn into results during the 2nd year half 2022. In Australia we are making good progress with our distributor” Vai käytetäänköhän tekstiosiossa tarkoituksella “sales” termiä sillä tarkoituksella, ette yhtiöllä on muutakin liikevaihtoa kuin tuotteiden myynti? Täyden rapsan tutkimisen jälkeen selvisi, että Q2 2021 liikevaihdossa oli 430 edestä “other operating income” ja Q2 2022 ei yhtään, eli selittänee tuon epäselvyyden Puhtaat “Net sales” luvut siis  H1 2021: 1883  H2 2022: 4515

Suomalainen kansainvälisesti palkittu juomayhtiö Arctic Blue Beverages on solminut jakelusopimuksen ruotsalaisen jakelijan Solera Sweden AB:n kanssa. Solera Sweden jakelee Arctic Blue -tuotteita ympäri Ruotsin, ja Arctic Blue Ginin ja Arctic Blue Gin Navy Strengthin myynti on jo alkanut Systembolagetissa. IPOn tulos saatiin eilen torstaina, ja tänään julkistettiin uusi jakelusopimus Ruotsissa. Olikohan IPOn kohtuullisella onnistumisella vaikutusta tämän sopimuksen sinetöimiseen?
