Ayfie Group AS - Registered change in share capital and nominal value of the shares

Oslo, 18 November 2022: The change in the nominal value of the shares of Ayfie
Group AS resolved by the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the
Company on 10 November 2022 has been registered in the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. The new registered share capital is NOK 27,726,693.75 and
the nominal value per share is NOK 0.25.
