<div class="abstract"><p>Nacka, Sweden, November 8, 2024: The acquisition of ESA Service S.r.l, ("ESA Service"), a company designing and manufacturing leak detection and gas recovery systems, has been completed and the company has become part of Atlas Copco Group.&nbsp;</p></div><p>ESA Service is headquartered at its manufacturing location in Treviglio, Italy. The company has 40 employees and in 2023 revenues amounted to 10.3 MEUR (MSEK 118*).</p><p>The purchase price is not disclosed.</p><p>The company has become part of the Scientific Vacuum division within the Vacuum Technique Business Area.&nbsp;</p>
