On 21 June 2024 the employees of the Otovo Group elected Mr. Nico Schwab as new
employee representatives at the board of directors of Otovo ASA with a term of
office of one year starting 1 July 2024. Mr. Schwab is a German citizen working
as customer manager in the Group's European Operations Centre in Madrid, and he
will replace Matteo Ciprandi who will leave the Group and therefore end his term
on the same date.
