Katja Widlund, primary insider of SmartCraft ASA, sold on September 7, 2023, 70
000 shares in SmartCraft at a price of NOK 21.40 per share. The share sale was
made to cover personal financial obligations. After the transaction, Mrs.
Widlund holds 70 809 shares in SmartCraft ASA. Additionally she holds 331 043
shares in the SmartCraft long-term investment program.
Hanna Konyi, primary insider of SmartCraft ASA, sold in the period September 6
-8, 2023, 125 000 shares in SmartCraft at an average price of NOK 21.31 per
share. The share sale was made to cover personal financial obligations. After
the transaction, Mrs. Konyi holds 885 675 shares in SmartCraft ASA. Additionally
she holds 331 043 shares in the SmartCraft long-term investment program.
