<div class="abstract">By summer 2025, the duo behind the popular Evolushi in Gothenburg are planning a new concept restaurant in Wallenstam's premises at Kungstorget 2. Japanese tradition will meet contemporary elegance with dishes such as fusion ramen, gyoza, yakitori and wonderful cocktails. It will be a new meeting place for food, drinks and a fantastic atmosphere right in the heart of Gothenburg, a holistic experience for all the senses.</div>"This is an inspiring new challenge for us and we are looking forward to the opening so much. We love Japanese cuisine and we want the guests to see, smell, hear and experience the cooking process. The inspiration for the restaurant is a lively, charming Japanese street," says Tsolmonkhuu Munkhjargal, one of the restaurant owners.The name of the restaurant has still not been decided on but the vision is clear, it shall be an experience for all the senses featuring modern interior design in stone and wood, combined with Japanese porcelain and traditional lanterns. The open kitchen and bar will be a central part of the premises where the guests can sit at the bar near the cooking area."We are very happy to further deepen the collaboration with the owners behind Evolushi and at the same time help to continue the development of Kungstorget with a new, exciting restaurant and meeting place," says Anders Forsling, Chief Account Manager, Commercial at Wallenstam.The ambition for the new restaurant is to also offer an inviting outdoor seating area with a nice atmosphere during the summer months.&nbsp;
