share capital, Arribatec Group ASA announces the following warrant exercise:
Håkon Reistad Fure, Chairman and primary insider, through Company One AS, has
exercised 24 999 994 warrants
Through this warrant exercise Company One AS now holds 59 693 507 shares in
Arribatec Group ASA. His new total shareholding represents 9.2 % of the share
capital.
