<div class="abstract">In a court ruling by the Supreme Administrative Court on the 2 of October 2025, the court ruled in favour of Bio-Works Technologies AB's against the Swedish Tax Agency. The tax surcharge of 2,0 MSEK has been removed (nullified) and the amount has now been reimbursed to Bio-Works Technologies AB, with interest, i.e. Bio-Works cash position increases with 2,1 MSEK. &nbsp;</div>The Swedish Tax Agency decided on a tax surcharge of 2.0 MSEK for Bio-Works Technologies AB in 2022. The appeals have been ongoing since then and the Administrative Court of Appeals in Stockholm delivered their verdict on the 25th of March 2024.
