Today, we have published our monthly SaaS newsletter, covering the latest ARR multiple development as well as key takes from the Q1 2025 reporting season globally and in the Danish SaaS sector.

By the end of May 2025, the HCA SaaS Index declined to a median ARR multiple of 3.1x (3.4x by the end of April 2025). The SaaS Capital Index, covering the US/global SaaS market, was stable at a median ARR multiple of 6.6x (also 6.6x by the end of April 2025).
