Extraordinary General Meeting seals NYAB's re-domiciliation
NYAB announced on Monday that its Extraordinary General Meeting approved the relocation of its headquarters to Sweden as previously planned (cf. our comments here). The final decision was expected, as just under 89% of shareholders irrevocably supported the proposal at the time of the presentation. The effective date for the transfer of domicile is still expected to be June 28, 2024.
