The new six-story outpatient pavilion, with a total area of about 21,000 square meters, will house physical therapy examination and treatment rooms, radiology and imaging suites, clinics for examinations and six operating rooms. The parking garage includes three levels below grade and six levels above grade sized to hold 1,700 cars.

Construction began in June 2019 and is scheduled for completion in January 2023.

The Patricia Reser Center for the Arts (PRCA) project will include a multidisciplinary arts center, featuring a 550-seat theatre, a large lobby for receptions and events, classrooms and workshops for arts & dance, meeting and conference space, an art gallery, and a café. The 14,400-square-meter Creekside Garage will include 353 parking stalls and ground level retail space.

Construction began in November 2019 and is scheduled for completion in July 2021.

The project includes two new seven-storey building bodies, as well as an intermediate part that contains the atrium and meeting rooms. The building which covers about 32,000 square meters in total will contain advanced lab environments, but also class rooms and offices. The premises are given a flexible design that can be changed according to the university's future needs. In addition, a connecting building of about 2,000 square meters will be rebuilt.

The hotel is leased to the hotel operator Borealis Hotel Group with a 25-year lease agreement and 180 parking spaces has been leased to By&Havn with a 30-year lease.

The second phase starts in November 2019 in cooperation with the contractor KPC København A/S and will be completed 2022.

The project comprises 22,800 square meters in total and will be certified according to DGNB Gold. The first phase was completed 2018 and is fully leased to Sweco Danmark.

Kejserhaven has a sustainable profile with common green areas, a green roof and solar panels. Two of the buildings are made of reused bricks from another Skanska project. The target group is young families and the senior segment.

The development project starts in November 2019 in cooperation with the contractor HHM A/S and will be completed in 2021.

During the last five years Skanska has developed and sold more than 900 rental apartments in Copenhagen.

Aqua offers modern and healthy premises with terraces for every tenant and will be certified in accordance with the international standard WELL and LEED, Platinum level. Aqua will be part of the second phase of the block called Citadellstaden, which include housing, offices and shops.

Construction is underway and the office building is scheduled for completion during the first quarter of 2022.

Skanska has developed several office projects at Universitetsholmen, including Bassängkajen, Malmö Live and STUDIO, and this year Epic and Aura will be completed.

The project includes the demolition of an existing school building, the construction of a new school building with a sports hall and also the reconstruction of the part of the school that is maintained. This is a total of new construction corresponding to about 9,000 square meters of gross area and 6,400 square meters of redevelopment. After redevelopment, Rödabergsskolan will be able to receive approximately 1,040 pupils, compared with today's capacity of 640 pupils.
