Boliden announced, in connection with the 2021 Annual General Meeting, that the Board of Directors intended to appoint a Deputy Chairman of the Board. At the statutory meeting held after the Annual General Meeting, Karl-Henrik Sundström was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board.

Boliden's Annual General Meeting was held on April 27, 2021. In view of COVID-19 and the Swedish authorities' regulations and recommendations, the meeting was conducted solely by means of advance voting (so-called postal voting) pursuant to temporary legal rules.
