Bonava is selling 123 rental apartments in Espoo, Finland to the investor ICECAPITAL Housing Fund VI Ky. The first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the third quarter of 2024.

Bonava has signed an agreement with Grandab Fastigheter Södra Centrum Holding AB, owned by Revcap och Grandab Invest, to acquire approximately 230 building rights in Gothenburg, Sweden. The transaction amounts to SEK 312 million. Work on the zoning plan is expected to begin in autumn 2022 and the production of the first housing units during 2025.

Bonava is selling 76 rental apartments in Turku, Finland, to the investor Taaleri and 61 rental apartments in Tampere to the investor eQ. The transactions amount to EUR 27 million and the first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the third quarter of 2023.

At an extra general meeting of Bonava AB (publ) today on 2 June 2022, the general meeting resolved to approve the board of directors' proposal on a long-term performance-based incentive plan (LTIP 2022) for Bonava. The Plan comprise of approximately 45 employees consisting of members of the executive management and other key personnel within the Bonava group.

Shareholders of Bonava AB (publ) ("Bonava"), are hereby invited to an extraordinary general meeting, to be held on Thursday 2 June. The extraordinary general meeting will be carried out only through postal voting in accordance with the Act (2022:121) on temporary exceptions to facilitate the execution of general meetings in companies and other associations. It will not be possible to attend the meeting in person or by proxy.

Due to the decision Bonava took in March to wind down the St. Petersburg operations the Board has decided to slightly revise the financial targets that have been announced earlier. Profit before tax shall at least amount to SEK 2.0 Bn (2.2) in 2026 and number of housing units sold to 7,000 (8,000) in 2026. The other four targets are leaved unchanged in 2026.
