Bonava has sold 66 rental apartments in Turku (Åbo), Finland, to Sirius Capital Partners. The first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the third quarter of 2022.

Bonava is selling 154 Nordic Swan ecolabelled rental apartments in Sollentuna, Stockholm, to NREP. The transaction is valued at SEK 431 million and is contingent upon the issue of a building permit. The first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the fourth quarter of 2023. Occupancy will occur gradually as of the third quarter of the same year.

Bonava has signed an agreement to acquire 29 building rights for single-family housing in Ältadalen, Nacka, Stockholm, from Ikano Bostad. The acquired building rights include zoning plans and Bonava intends to start production not later than during the second quarter of 2022 with occupancy and recognition in profit in the third quarter of 2023. The preliminary date for when Bonava will take possession of the property is in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Bonava AB (publ) ("Bonava") has successfully increased its outstanding senior unsecured green bond with maturity in March 2024 with 200 MSEK. The proceeds will be used in accordance with Bonava's Green Financing Framework.

The issue price was 101.9 which converts to 3M STIBOR +264 basis points to first call date.

"We are happy to see that the bond market is confident in Bonava and that we have been able to tap our outstanding green bond which gives us additional financial flexibility and extends the duration of our debt portfolio", comments Lars Granlöf, CFO at Bonava.

Bonava has decided to wind down its operations in Copenhagen and exit the Danish market in order to increase efficiency and profitability in the Group. The decision is the first step in the company's strategic review. Costs of approximately SEK 120 million will be reported as items affecting comparability in the second quarter. The plan is to divest the remaining land bank during the second half of 2021.

The number of votes in Bonava AB has changed due to conversions of a total of 14,000 Class A shares to a total of 14,000 Class B shares. The number of votes in the company hereby amounts to 210,230,088.

According to Bonava's articles of association, owner of a Class A share has the right to request that such share is converted to a Class B share. Each Class A share carries ten votes and each Class B share one vote. In April, 14,000 Class A shares were converted to 14,000 Class B shares at the request of shareholders.

Bonava has signed an agreement with the property company K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter AB (publ) regarding the sale of a rental housing project in Umeå. The project comprises 83 Nordic Swan ecolabelled rental apartments across a total lettable area of approximately 3,850 square metres. The transaction amounts to SEK 158 M and is conditional on the issue of a building permit and the transfer of ownership, which is expected to take place in November 2021. The housing units are expected to be handed over to the customer and recognised in profit in the second quarter of 2023.
