Bublar Group subsidiary Goodbye Kansas Studios announces that it has reached an agreement in principle on the extension of an ongoing cooperation with a prominent AAA game developer, including directing, Performance Capture and related services. The order value estimates to approx. SEK 37 million for a delivery due by the end of August 2021.

The Nomination Committee proposes the election of two new board members to Bublar Group - Magnus Meyer and Mikko Setälä and the re-election of Malin Carlström, Staffan Eklöw and Per Anders Wärn. Furthermore, the Nomination Committee proposes Per Anders Wärn as Chairman of the Board.

The Nomination Committee considers that the members proposed for new election and re-election have broad and complementary experience, while at the same time achieving important continuity in the new Board of Directors.

Goodbye Kansas, representing the largest business, increased sales by 80% during the year with results improving significantly, although we did not manage to deliver a positive result. Bublar Group’s subsidiary Vobling announces a new strategic partnership with GLORIA GmbH, Europe’s leading manufacturer and distributor of portable fire extinguishers. The parties have agreed on a two-year licence deal as exclusive re-seller of Vobling’s “VR Fire Trainer-solution” in the German, Austrian and Swiss markets. The ambition is also to further expand into several more strategic markets.

Bublar’s subsidiary Sayduck enters into a licence agreement with Micro Star International Ltd (MSI) – world leader in high-end electronics for the gaming sector. The deal includes creation of gaming hardware in 3D to be viewed in web 3D and AR for distribution to e-retailers in the US, Europe, Japan and Australia.

Sayduck’s platform for 3D and Augmented Reality give the possibility to showcase all the details of the products in a most realistic way.

Bublar Group enters strategic partnership with world renowned consumer entertainment company MGA Entertainment (MGAE). The aim is to combine MGAE’s famous and iconic brands with Bublar’s proprietary real-world games platform, as well as the movie-making platform that allows anyone to create and share their own 3D animated movies in just a few seconds on their phone. Bublar receives a global license for some of MGAE’s most popular brands.

Bublar Group has completed the acquisition of Plotagon Production AB (Plotagon). The non-cash issue for the fixed purchase price has now been completed and Bublar issues shares to the parent company Plotagon AB for a consideration that is all shares in the subsidiary.
