Clas Ohlson's sales in January increased compared to the previous year

Sales in January increased by 5 per cent to 635 MSEK (606). Organic sales increased by 3 per cent compared to the previous year. Online sales increased by 2 per cent to 73 MSEK (72). Compared to the same month last year the store network decreased by 5 stores. At the end of the period, the total number of stores was 224 (229).

In accordance with the applicable nomination procedure, as adopted by the Annual General Meeting, Clas Ohlson's Nomination Committee is to comprise the Chairman of the Board and four members representing the four largest registered owners or shareholders known in some other manner. The Haid and Tidstrand families are to appoint one member each to the Nomination Committee.

Clas Ohlson's second store in Linköping is now open

This morning, Clas Ohlson opened a new store in Linköping in Sweden. The store is Clas Ohlson's second store in Linköping.

"We have been waiting for several years to find the right location and be able to open another store in Linköping. It feels great to finally be able to open the store and become even more accessible to all customers in Linköping and the surrounding area," says Andreas Helgesson, Country Operations Manager.

The new store is located in Tornby shopping center, just outside Linköping. The store has a sales area of about 1,000 square meters.
