Irisity AB (publ) ("Irisity" or the "Company") has, subject to the approval of the annual general meeting, decided on a directed issue of 3,127,608 shares at a subscription price of 5,60 SEK per share to the Company's CEO Keven (the "Directed Issue"). Irisity will receive no more than approximately 17.5 MSEK which is intended to be used to strengthen the Company's working capital and financial flexibility.

Irisity AB: Ulf Runmarker is proposed as a new board member in Irisity

The nomination committee in Irisity AB (publ) proposes before the general meeting on April 27 that Ulf Runmarker be elected as a new member of the board.

Furthermore, the re-election of Lennart Svantesson as chairman of the board, Anders Långsved, Anna Ahlberg, Dorian Barak, Nils Malmros and Rom Mendel as members is proposed.

Ulf Runmarker, 64, is since long an owner in Irisity and is today the company's largest owner through his holdings in AB Westergyllen, Förvaltnings AB Brunnen and private ownership.

The CEO comments on the fourth quarter:

We ended the year and the quarter with a strong order intake of just over SEK 45 million, well distributed between our priority markets in the USA, Europe, and Asia. Several of these agreements were concluded late in the year, which is why this, together with a new assessment of projects in Holland, the UAE and Singapore, based on delivery status, led to a shift in revenue to the coming months.

Irisity AB: Financial update before reporting the fourth quarter

Irisity AB (publ): Several large customer agreements corresponding to an incoming order value of just over SEK 45 million were concluded late in Q4, however, most of the revenue is expected in the coming months. Furthermore, projects in Holland, the UAE and Singapore have been reassessed based on delivery status, which has led to a shift of SEK 12 million revenue to the coming months. The net revenue for the fourth quarter is thus expected within the range of SEK 12-14 million.

Irisity AB (publ) has partnered leading unified security solutions provider, AETOS Holdings Pte. Ltd., and its value-added distributor in Singapore, D-Ron Singapore Pte. Ltd., to deliver advanced video analytics solutions to a government organization in Singapore. The project has an estimated initial order value of several million USD (exact amount cannot be disclosed due to the confidential nature of the project).
