NCC Treasury AB has as per 30 December 2021 signed a new EUR 280 million Revolving Credit Facility. The tenor is three years with two one-year extension options.

The Facility which is guaranteed by NCC AB (publ) will be used for general corporate purposes. The transaction replaces an existing EUR 260 million Revolving Credit Facility dated 21 December 2020.

NCC has been commissioned by Micasa Fastigheter to refurbish the Enskededalen block of service apartments in Enskede, in southern Stockholm. The project is a turnkey contract with an order value of approximately SEK 250 million.

The Enskededalen block of service apartments, part of the Dalen 20 property, was built in 1979. The property was acquired by Micasa Fastigheter in 2005. Health and social care facilities and homes for the elderly are now being built here.

NCC, in partnership with Nordr, is to construct approximately 170 tenant-owner apartments in Veddestaden, Järfälla Municipality. The project is a turnkey contract with an order value of approximately SEK 295 million.

The project is named Kvarter 12 and is located in Veddesta, Järfälla Municipality. Kvarter 12 is the first of a total of seven blocks that form Nordr's development of the new Veddestaden area.

NCC, in partnership with Sigtunahem, will construct a new residential block at Sätuna torg in Märsta, Sigtuna Municipality. The project is a turnkey contract with an order value of approximately SEK 300 million.

Sätuna torg is located in central Märsta. The construction of Stationshusen is the starting shot for the urban development that is being planned in the area adjacent to Märsta rail station. A new town square with a mix of rental units, tenant-owner apartments, commercial activities and services will emerge here.

NCC has been commissioned by IKEA Property AB to construct a new office building, Future IoS Blåsippan Hub, in Älmhult, Sweden.

"Flexibility is the watchword for Future IoS Blåsippan Hub, which we are now looking forward to building in partnership with NCC. The building will be multi-purpose, with space for offices and product development, for example" says Niclas Ramström, CEO IKEA Property AB.

NCC and the Capital Region of Denmark have signed an agreement for the second phase of the New North Zealand Hospital project in Denmark. The assignment relates to façade and roofing works and the order value amounts to about SEK 650 million.

NCC is selling the Fredriksberg D office project in Helsinki to a fund managed by abrdn. Fredriksberg D is the fourth phase of NCC's development project in the Konepaja district, downtown Helsinki.

The transaction will be conducted as a company divestment, based on an underlying property value of approximately SEK 770 million. Transfer of the project and payment of the purchase consideration are expected to result in a positive earnings effect in the third quarter of 2022.

NCC has been commissioned by Aalto University to construct two buildings on the university campus area in Otaniemi, Espoo. The order value is approximately SEK 340 million.

The first building will house teaching and research facilities and an event and studio center comprising approximately 6,500 square meters. The second building will house teaching and research facilities with an area of approximately 5,700 square meters, with new premises mainly for the School of Electrical Engineering and the School of Science.

NCC is to construct the Teknostallen office building of more than 46,000 square meters in central Trondheim on behalf of KLP Eiendom AS. The assignment is scheduled to be completed in 2025 and the order value amounts nearly SEK 900 million.

The project commenced at the beginning of 2021 with an initial partnering phase. The parties, in collaboration with the architect responsible, have developed a concept and solutions to create a modern office building with flexible work areas. The construction contract has now been signed.

NCC and Jernhusen have entered a joint venture to develop Park Central, the first phase of the RegionCity venture in Gothenburg. The project is to be constructed directly adjacent to Gothenburg Central Station and's the West Link's (Västlänken) Centralen station, and will comprise approximately 40,000 square meters of office space, retail and service on its completion in 2026.
