The 2022 Annual Report for Nordic Semiconductor ASA, including the ESG Report
and Remuneration Report, is enclosed. 

The annual report in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) is also available
as an attachment to this release. 

The Annual Accounts were approved by the Board of Directors 17 March 2022
without changes to the preliminary Annual Accounts published on 7 February 2023.


The Annual Report is also published on www.nordicsemi.com.

NOD - Closing of acquisition of Mobile Semiconductor

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Nordic Semiconductor ASA on
July 8, 2022 where it was communicated that Nordic Semiconductor ASA would
acquire Mobile Semiconductor Inc. for an undisclosed sum. Completion of the
acquisition was dependent on among other US Governmental approval. The necessary
approvals have now been obtained and on March 9, 2023 the acquisition has been
closed. 

Part of the consideration is delivered in Nordic Semiconductor ASA shares.

NOD: Fourth quarter and preliminary full year 2022 results

2023 
(Oslo, Norway - February 7, 2023) Nordic Semiconductor ASA reported revenue of
USD 191 million for the fourth quarter 2022, an increase of 12% from the fourth
quarter last year. Revenue growth continues to be capped by limited wafer
availability. Gross profit was stable at USD 101 million, with a gross margin of
53%. EBITDA was USD 39 million in the fourth quarter, corresponding to an
EBITDA-margin of 20%.  

Revenue for the full year 2022 increased by 27% to USD 777 million with a gross
margin of 56%.

USD 202 million for the third quarter 2022, an increase of 36% from the third
quarter last year. Revenue growth continues to be capped by limited wafer
availability. Gross profit was USD 116 million, with a continued high gross
margin of 57%.
