The shareholders of NOTE AB (publ), reg. no. 556408-8770 (the "Company" or "NOTE"), are hereby given notice to attend the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of shareholders on Wednesday 19 April 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Westmanska Palatset, Holländargatan 17, Stockholm, Sweden. Registration for the AGM will commence at 1:30 p.m.

 
Notice of participation
Shareholders who wish to attend the meeting must:

-          both be recorded in the share register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB on the record date of Tuesday, 11 April 2023; and

The demand from a large industrial customer with high requirements, with whom NOTE has successfully collaborated with for several years, is developing very strongly. NOTE is therefore facing a sharp increase in both manufacturing and deliveries within the framework of the existing collaboration. NOTE's sales to the customer last year amounted to approximately SEK 50 million. The production rate has increased significantly and sales to the customer this year are estimated to amount to at least SEK 200 million.

• Sales increased by 28% to SEK 1,038 (814) million. Adjusted for acquisitions and currency effects, organic growth was 8%. Re-invoicing of extraordinary

  cost increases on electronic components had no significant impact on growth as the corresponding re-invoicing also occurred during the fourth quarter of the
  previous year.

• Operating profit was SEK 129 (87) million and corresponded to an operating margin of 12.3% (10.6%).

NOTE has agreed with the current property owner to acquire the building and surrounding land where NOTE Torsby conducts its business. This is to enable a future expansion of the business to meet an increasing demand. The purchase price amounts to SEK 41.5 million.
