Skanska has sold the logistics property Sörred Kubiklager at Hisingen in Gothenburg, Sweden for about SEK 265M. The sale will be registered by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the first quarter of 2021. The buyer, Baring, will take over the property in February 2021.

Skanska sells Parkview office building located in Prague, Czech Republic, to Deka Immobilien, one of Europe's leading real estate investors and asset managers, for EUR 77M, about SEK 770M. The transaction will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Europe in the first quarter of 2021. The transfer of the property is also scheduled for the first quarter of 2021.

Skanska has signed a lease agreement with a technology company for about 26,000 square meters office space and 177 parking lots in the third office building in a mixed-use project in Poznan, Poland. The tenant will move in in the second quarter of 2021. With this lease the building is now 87 percent occupied.

Skanska has signed a 15-year lease with the international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright for its planned 28 floor office development in downtown Houston, Texas, USA. The law firm will rent 32 percent of the total space.

The project is located in Houston's Central Business District, adjacent to Discovery Green and close to Bank of America Tower which Skanska developed and sold in 2019.

The building is being designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification. Project start and construction order booking is expected to be announced once all required permits have been received.

Skanska is investing about SEK 580 million in the multifamily project Parkkvarteret with 220 rental apartments in Barkarbystaden, Järfälla, Sweden. The project is developed by Skanska Rental Housing and the construction contract is worth approximately SEK 370 million, which is included in the order bookings for Skanska Sweden for the fourth quarter 2020.

Skanska has signed a contract with Penn District Station Developer LLC to renovate Pennsylvania Station's Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) concourse in New York, New York, USA. The contract is worth USD 392M, about SEK 3.2 billion, and will be included in the US order bookings for the fourth quarter of 2020.

Skanska has signed a contract with Orlando Health, Inc. to construct the new Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute in Orlando, Florida, USA. The contract is worth about USD 64M, about SEK 524M, which will be included in the US order bookings for the fourth quarter 2020.

Skanska has signed an additional contract with Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to construct the Concourse T-North Extension and modernization project in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, in a Skanska-led joint venture along with New South Construction, FS360 and Synergy Construction. Skanska's share of the contract is worth about USD 56M, about SEK 460M, which will be included in the US order bookings for the fourth quarter 2020.

As announced earlier, Skanska has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for its 50 percent ownership stake in Elizabeth River Crossings HoldCo, LLC ("ERC") in Hampton Roads Metropolitan Area, Virginia, USA. The transaction has now closed, and payment is settled. The net amount after paid transaction costs and other items is about USD 620M, about SEK 5.1 billion, and will be recorded under Central stream in the fourth quarter of 2020.
