Abelco Investment Group AB (“Abelco” or the “Company”) provides an update regarding ASEAN Fintech Group Ltd, a company in which Abelco holds a minority ownership interest.
ASEAN Fintech Group is in the process of finalising an agreement to dispose of its interest in BetterPay. The proposed transaction is expected to support ASEAN Fintech Group’s continued portfolio development and strengthen its financial flexibility for future strategic initiatives.
