As announced on 21 February 2025 AF Gruppen ASA (the "Company") has initiated
repurchase of up to 100,000 shares for the company's employee share and
incentive programs.
From 24 February through 28 February the company bought 100,000 shares at an
average price of NOK 148.38. See the attached documents for detailed information
about the transactions made.
After these transactions, the Company owns 100,000 treasury shares.
The company hereby ends buyback of own shares.
