Fornebu, 13 May 2026 - Akastor ASA’s (OSE: AKAST) board of directors has, based on the authorisation granted by the General Meeting on 14 April 2026, decided to pay a cash dividend to Akastor ASA’s shareholders of NOK 1.5 per share (in total about NOK 410 million), based on the 2025 annual accounts. The distribution will be classified as a repayment of paid-in capital.
