Aker ASA: Transactions made under the share buyback program. Settlement of share loan from TRG Holding AS
November 20, 2025 - Aker ASA ("Aker" or the "Company") announced a buyback program on September 30, 2025 for up to 429,067 of its own shares, to be conducted in the period from the announcement until December 31, 2025. The buyback program has now been completed.
Nordea, under an irrevocable mandate from Aker, has carried out the following transactions under the buyback program during 18.11.2025 to 20.11.2025:

An overview of transactions made under the buyback program carried out under the above-mentioned time period is attached. Nordea has made its own trading decisions regarding the share repurchases independently of and without influence from Aker.
Following the completion of the above-mentioned transactions, Aker has fulfilled the objectives of the share buyback program and owns a total of 461,648 of its own shares, corresponding to 0.62% of the Company's total number of issued shares. 429,067 of the shares will be used to settle a share loan from TRG Holding AS announced on June 11, 2025.
Following settlement of the share loan, Aker will own a total of 32,581 of its own shares, corresponding to 0.04% of the Company's total number of issued shares.
