Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark has today approved Valuer Holding A/S (the "Company") request for deletion from trading. Last trading day for the Company's share on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark will be on 3 August 2023, after which the Company's share will be deleted from trading.
Please see Company Notice No. 07-2023 for more information on the deletion proposal of the Company's share from trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark, which was adopted at the Company's extraordinary general meeting held on 16 May 2023, including the significance of this for the Company's shareholders.
Please note that trading in the Company's shares after the delisting will only be possible through over-the-counter transactions and may require legal assistance, which the parties in such trades must finance themselves. The company's shares will no longer be electronic, and the parties in any over-the-counter transactions must inform the Company of this and send documentation so that the Company can update the owner's book.
