Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A.("Company", "Issuer") hereby informs that on 17th of June 2026, the Company has received a notification from Mr. Thomas Onstad - Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company and a person closely related to him - Nemus Holding AB, pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation, on transactions concluded on 16th of June 2026 on Company's shares.
