Tallink Grupp harjoittaa merenkulkua. Yrityksen tärkein liiketoiminta koostuu matkustajaliikennöinnistä sekä siihen liittyvien muiden palveluiden tarjoamisesta. Pääliiketoiminnan ohella Tallink Grupp tarjoaa myös suurten tavarakuljetusten käsittelyä eri teollisuuden toimijoille. Tallink liikennöi Suomen, Baltian sekä Venäjän markkinoilla. Pääkonttori sijaitsee Tallinnassa.

Tallinkin osakkeella voisi olla mahdollisuus tuplata seuraavan parin vuoden aikana.   Jos omapääomalle saataisiin n. 10 % tuotto, niin olisi ihan perusteltua hinnoitella osaketta P/B 1.0-1.2    AS Tallink Grupp - Valuation

Tallink sai käyttämättömät aluksensa käyttöön muulle/vuokralle, mutta nyt taas Romantika tulossa kuitenkin takaisin. Toivottavasti sille keksitään muutakin käyttöä kuin seisottaa jossain Tallinnan satamassa.

Tallink Gruppin Q4-voitto kohoaa  tänään klo 11.04 ∙ AI-uutisyhteenveto Tallink Grupp raportoi kasvaneesta liikevaihdosta Q4:llä, mikä johti liiketuloksen huomattavaan nousuun ja paluuseen nettotulokseen. Huolimatta Suomen taloudellisista epävarmuuksista ja epäsuotuisista rahtimarkkinoista yhtiön taloudellinen tulos parani. Toimitusjohtaja korosti jatkuvia haasteita, mukaan lukien valtion tuen puute Virossa, mikä luo kilpailuhaittaa.   Q4:n liikevaihto kasvoi 2,5 % 188 miljoonaan euroon, kun se edellisvuoden vastaavalla jaksolla oli 183,5 miljoonaa euroa.   Liiketulos nousi 17 miljoonaan euroon, mikä on merkittävä kasvu Q4 2024:n 1,3 miljoonasta eurosta, ja liiketulosmarginaali oli 9,0 %.   Yhtiö saavutti Q4:llä 12,2 miljoonan euron nettotuloksen, mikä on huomattava parannus edellisvuoden 5,2 miljoonan euron nettotappiosta.   EBITDA kasvoi 7,4 % 27,6 miljoonaan euroon, mikä johti parantuneeseen 14,7 %:n EBITDA-marginaaliin.   Hallitus ehdotti ennallaan pysyvää 0,06 euron osakekohtaista varsinaista osinkoa.

Olin viime keväänä Tallinkin yhtiökokouksessa ja keskustelin toimitusjohtajan kanssa. Hän vakuutti, että osinko tulee ensi vuonnakin ( siis kaksi kertaa vuonna 2026).
