Attendo's Annual Report and Sustainability report for 2022 has today been published on the company's web page. The report covers the development during 2022, which was marked by a positive customer inflow but also the major challenges related to the strained Finnish labour market and cost increases in the wake of higher general inflation. It also describes our work and driving forces for a turnaround in operations in 2023.
In the report, a number of new sustainability indicators are presented within the five focus areas for sustainability that Attendo since last year has made an integrated part of the business strategy. A special focus in the sustainability report also covers the new quality framework that Attendo has developed, with a clearer focus on health and quality of life for Attendo's customers. Within the new framework, Attendo have during the year adopted two new ways to measure and follow-up health and quality of life outcomes - quality of life-interviews according to the ASCOT model in Scandinavia, and residence assessments according to the RAI method in Finland. In the sustainability report, Attendo has also further developed the reporting of the company's contribution to the EU Taxonomy for sustainable investments.
