Reference is made to the notice of extraordinary general meeting from 17 July 2026. The extraordinary general meeting was held as a virtual meeting today. The minutes from the meeting are enclosed hereto and can also be found on the company's website.
All proposals on the agenda were adopted. A new member of the board of directors was elected in accordance with the proposal in the notice. Following the election, the board of directors will be constituted as follows:
