BEWI ASA has today held its annual general meeting. At the meeting, Christian Begby was elected new chair, while Gunnar Syvertsen was elected deputy chair of the board of directors as proposed by the nomination committee.
As follows from the attached minutes, all resolutions proposed by the board were approved.
