Beyond Frames Entertainment, in partnership with Alpha Nordic AB, an investor advisory firm, secured SEK 3.9 million in project funding during the first of 2 rounds. These funds were raised in exchange for a revenue share of Beyond Frames Entertainment's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles VR game, which is currently under development. For the SEK 3.9 million, Alpha Nordic will receive 2.925% of Net Revenues, which are defined as revenues after store fees, distributor financing recoupment, marketing costs, and publishing costs. The term for this agreement is 10 years. This partnership was initially announced on 1 April 2025.&nbsp;A second round of funding will commence immediately with a target closure at the end of October.<div>This disclosure contains information that Beyond Frames is obliged to make public pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU nr 596/2014).
