Reference is made to the announcement by Black Sea Property AS (the "Company")
concerning, inter alia, the resolution by the general meeting to approve the
share capital increase pertaining to a rights issue to raise gross proceeds of
up to NOK 10 million (the "Rights Issue"). The shares of the Company are trading
exclusive of the right to participate in the Rights Issue as of today.
The shareholders of the Company as of 25 September 2025 (as registered in the
VPS as of the end of 29 September 20255, the "Record Date") will be granted
subscription rights to participate in the Rights Issue.
