Board Member Resignation

ORTELIUS International AB (publ) (Nasdaq First North Growth Market: ORTIN) (“ORTELIUS” or “Company”) announces that board member Stefan Sallerfors has today informed the company of his decision to resign from the Board of Directors due to personal reasons, effective as of January 30, 2026.

The Board and the company wish to thank Stefan Sallerfors for his contributions and commitment during his tenure. Further information regarding any changes to the Board of Directors will be communicated in due course.
