Net sales are estimated at SEK 195.5m (117.5), an increase of 66.4%. EBITDA is estimated at SEK 41.6m (11.3), corresponding to an EBITDA margin of 21.3% (9.6). EBIT is estimated at SEK 36.5m (7.3), corresponding to an EBIT margin of 18.7% (6.2). "The first quarter’s profit development has been stronger than expected, driven by high sales growth and a good product margin. As we communicated earlier, there is a pent-up need for new PC gaming equipment. The recovery in the market, which began in the second half of 2022, has further strengthened during the quarter, which also means that our distributors have had to increase their inventory levels to meet the increasing demand”, says Hannes Wallin, CEO and Founder. “It is satisfying that we have had a strong start to the year and that the demand for our products has exceeded our expectations. The new products that were launched last year have received a very positive reception from our customers around the world and we have increased our market shares during the quarter,” he adds. Poikkeus on voimassa takautuvasti 12. lokakuuta 2021 alkaen ja jatkuu 31. joulukuuta 2022 asti. Poikkeusluokkiin kuuluvien tuotteiden tuonnista 12. lokakuuta alkaen tähän päivään mennessä maksetut tullit palautetaan maahantuojille. Fractal Gaming Group AB odottaa saavansa takaisin noin 720 000 USD 12. lokakuuta alkaen tähän päivään mennessä maksettujen tullien osalta. Palautettu tullipoikkeus vaikuttaa merkittävästi positiivisesti Fractalin kannattavuuteen. Odotettu positiivinen tulosvaikutus vuodelle 2022 on noin 15-20 miljoonaa Ruotsin kruunua, sisältäen jo maksettujen tullien takaisinmaksun.

Näköjään oli pahaa jo hinnoiteltu niin paljon sisään, että markkina muutti mieltään  tai sitten konfapuhelussa jotain mielenkiintoista, pitääpä kuunnella paremmalla ajalla

Uskallan epäillä, että kyseessä on myös jonkin verran kysynnän hiipumista, kiitos ennätyksellisen viime vuoden. Eli taisi olla yksi isommista koronahyötyjistä, joka valitsi oikean ajankohdan listautumiseen (lue: entisten omistajien rahastukseen). Onneksi karkasin jo ensimmäisestä rasahduksesta, sillä kylmä kyyti näyttäisi jatkuvan. Nyt ollaan jo n. 1/3 kevään antihinnan (41SEK) alla.

Tämä ei ole kovin iso juttu. Ilmeisesti tota koteloa on arvostettu melko korkeelle. Just noissa piireissä huudeltu gigabyten perään, kun eivät suostu vetämään takaisin virtalähteitä jotka poksahtelee. Tuossakin kyseessä kyllä periaatteessa mahdollinen tulipaloriski, mutta ei todennäköinen. Yhtiö kuitenkin toimii oikein tekemällä itse asiasta ilmoituksen ja korvaa vialliset.
