<div class="abstract"><p>Bong AB (publ) (the "Company") today announces that it has received a sufficient number of votes from the noteholders of its outstanding notes issued in October 2021 with ISIN SE0016829642 (the "Notes") in the written procedure initiated on 25 September 2024 (the "Written Procedure"), and that a sufficient majority has voted in favour of the proposal in the Written Procedure to amend the terms and conditions of the Notes.</p></div><p>In the Written Procedure, the noteholders' approval was sought regarding extending the tenor of the Notes and certain consequential changes relating thereto and the fact that the Company over time has or will repurchase certain Notes over the market. The terms and conditions of the Notes apply as amended from today, 1 October 2024, and reflect the approval of the proposal (the "Amended Terms and Conditions").
