Reference is made to the announcement from 18 February 2025 regarding Avance Gas
Holding Ltd's ("Avance Gas") return of capital and distribution of BW LPG
Limited ("BW LPG") shares to Avance Gas shareholders. Today, 26 February, Avance
Gas has transferred 19,147,342 shares in BW LPG to Avance Gas shareholders.
Following the transfer of shares from Avance Gas, Hemen Holding Limited
("Hemen") holds 14,757,491 shares in BW LPG, which represents a total of 9.27%
of the issued shares and votes in BW LPG. In addition, Frontline plc, a company
in which Hemen holds 35.6% of the shares, owns a total of 110,596 shares in BW
LPG, resulting in an aggregate holding of 14,868,087 shares equaling 9.33% of
the shares and votes in BW LPG.
The foregoing calculations are made based on 159,282,000 issued shares and
voting rights in BW LPG.
