Castellum signs new agreement with Knightec Group – expands by 5,900 square metres in Lindholmen
Castellum has signed a seven-year lease with Knightec Group, which will expand its premises on Lindholmsallén by approximately 5,900 square metres to a total of 9,288 square metres. With this agreement, the company is once again leasing the entire property. Occupancy will take place in stages, finalizing in the first quarter of 2026.
Knightec Group, which was formed through the merger between Knightec and Semcon, is a leading consultancy in product and digital service development. With this new lease, the company will consolidate its operations in the Lundbyvassen 8:3 property – also known as Semcon House – located in Lindholmen Science Park, which is one of Gothenburg’s most dynamic and knowledge-intensive districts. This means that approximately 500 employees – engineers, designers and developers – will be gathered under one roof.

In conjunction with the occupancy, Castellum is making some adjustments to the floor plan, including more rooms for online meetings, glass features to increase the flow of light, and carpeted floors for an improved work environment.

The lease has an annual rental value of approximately SEK 27 M.
