<div class="mfn-body"><p>On commencement of Andreas Stenbäck’s employment with Volati in September 2019, Karl Perlhagen and Patrik Wahlén, in their capacity as principal shareholders, entered into option agreements regarding the transfer of ordinary shares in the Company, valid until June 2023.</p><p>Andreas Stenbäck has exercised the option to acquire shares in Volati, which involved the disposing of 200,000 of the acquired shares to cover some of the option exercise costs.
