<div class="mfn-body"><p>Pierce Group AB has been informed that Procuritas Capital Investors V GP, Limited, acting as a partner to Procuritas Capital Investors V, LP, and PCI V Co-Investment AB (together "Procuritas"), has sold 20,143,293 shares in Pierce Group AB, corresponding to approximately 25.1 percent of the shares in the company.</p><p>The price in the transaction was SEK 6.80 per share, amounting to a total of approximately SEK 137 million. The new owners consist of a limited number of investors, including Siba Invest AB.
