As previously communicated, the Annual General Meeting decided on June 1, 2026, to redeem 3,786,664 own shares that had been repurchased through previous repurchase authorisations, and to increase share capital through a bonus issue.
After the redemption, as of June 30, 2026, the total number of shares and votes, in Humana AB amounts to 48,039,394.
