With the relocation, FOM Technologies emphasizes a strong managerial strengthening as well as a commercial investment in the North American market for the company's technology and solutions.In connection with the move, Martin Kiener will step down from the executive board of the parent company FOM Technologies A/S and take over as CEO of the American subsidiary.
