<div class="abstract"><p>The subsidiary of Clean Industry Solutions Holding Europe AB, SolarSpring GmbH, a pioneer in the field of membrane distillation offering innovative waste- and drinking water treatment technology, has closed a sales contract for a membrane distillation pilot unit with a volume of 102.750,00 €. The unit was sold to Aalborg University for high-purity water production to be used in conjunction with green hydrogen generation and other applications.</p></div><p>Denmark's Aalborg University (AAU) is not only a place of study for under- and postgraduate students but also a host of several research institutes. One of these institutes is AAU Energy (<a href="https://www.energy.aau.dk">https://www.energy.aau.dk</a>). With its mission of "Green Energy For The Future" it strives for excellence and impact through establishing strong collaborative partnerships with industrial as well as academic stakeholders within the field and engaging in the public debate concerning one of the major challenges of our time: the green transition.&nbsp;<br>Thus, as a pioneer in the field of energy systems and system integration, and in order to expand their piloting possibilities, AAU Energy's latest purchase is a membrane distillation pilot system from SolarSpring GmbH with a nominal capacity of 100 l of highly pure water per hour to be used in conjunction with the generation for green hydrogen as well as other applications. The order volume is 102.750,00 € and the system will arrive in Denmark before the End of 2023.&nbsp;</p><p>This disclosure contains information that Clean Industry Solutions Holding Europe is obliged to make public pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU nr 596/2014).
